| 摘 要： | 网络创新社区中用户的知识共享行为与其影响因素关系到网络创新社区的创新效率和效果。文章从系统论角度出发,研究网络创新社区知识共享过程,利用系统动力学分析各种因素对知识共享行为的影响,构建知识共享过程模型,并运用Vensim PLE进行系统仿真探讨其影响机理。网络创新社区用户的知识共享行为受到动机、个人特性、认知、外部环境等因素影响的假设得以验证,通过加大社区对用户的激励机制,减少对用户区别对待等行为方式,能够更好促进用户参与知识共享。

| Abstract: | The user’s knowledge sharing behavior and its influencing factors in the online user innovation community are related to the innovation efficiency and effectiveness of online user innovation communities.From the point of system theory,the process of knowledge sharing in online user innovation community is studied,the influence of various factors on knowledge sharing behavior is analyzed by system dynamics,and the process model of knowledge sharing is constructed,the influence mechanism of the system is simulated by Vensim PLE.The knowledge sharing behavior of online user innovation community users is verified by the hypothesis of motivation,personal characteristics,cognition,external environment and other factors.By increasing the incentive mechanism of the community to users and reducing the behavior of discrimination to users,the users can be better promoted to participate in the knowledge sharing. |
