| 摘 要： | 论文首先提出建设陕西省图书馆联盟的必要性,同时对陕西省图书馆联盟的建设从组织结构建设、联盟基地建设、文献资源建设模式、联盟内文献传递模式等方面进行了具体描绘,讨论了陕西省图书馆联盟建成后在加强馆际合作、提升馆员能力、构建服务体系等方面的作用。
