| 摘 要： | 论文通过对广州和香港地区公共图书馆发展状况的比较,分析出广州地区公共图书馆发展过程中存在问题有：缺乏统筹规划、规范管理；资源过于集中且分布不均衡；基层图书馆发展缺乏有效的保障机制,并提出了促进该地区公共图书馆快速发展的对策.

| Abstract: | This paper draws a comparison of the development status of public libraries between Guangzhou and Hong Kong. It analyses the problems existing in the development of public libraries in Guangzhou, such as lack of overall planning and specification management; concentrations and the uneven distribution of resources; lack of effective protection mechanisms for the development of the grass-roots library. It also puts forward main measures to promote the public libraries＇ development. |
