| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆管理是数字图书馆建设中亟待解决的问题。论文在强调数字图书馆重要战略地位的基础上,阐述数字图书馆管理的必要性,论述了宏观和微观层面的管理主体和管理思路,总结了目前我国数字图书馆管理的现状,提出了未来的管理方向。
