| 摘 要： | 作者在美国访学期间,重点关注美国高校图书馆学科馆员队伍建设情况,对中美高校学科馆员建设的组织结构、岗位设置、队伍建设、服务内涵等方面进行比较研究。论文分析和揭示了中美高校图书馆在学科馆员队伍建设上的主要特点与区别,提出了改进我国高校图书馆学科馆员队伍建设的针对性意见和建议。
