| 摘 要： | 国家图书馆1916年获权接受缴送本,确立了国家图书馆的地位。在不同历史时期,国家图书馆为维护这一权利不懈努力,在保存国家文化遗产的同时也推动了缴送制度的衍进。新形势下我国缴送制度面临诸多困境,期待社会关注。
