| 摘 要： | 论文提出图书馆联盟实质上是信息资源共享联盟，导致图书馆联盟共享效率低下的关键因素在于利益失衡，必须从制度约束、利益补偿、沟通与协调、联盟文化和知识产权等方面全方位构建利益平衡机制．保证图书馆联盟高效运作，推进联盟的资源共享。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward that library alliance is an information resource sharing alliance essentially.The key factor which causes low efficiency of library alliance rests with the unbalance of benefit.We must found the benefit balancing mechanism in all-direction from system restraint,benefit compensation,linking up together with harmonization, alliance culture and intellectual property,etc.,to guarantee library alliance's high efficiency,and push the resource sharing of the alliance. |
