| 摘 要： | 《信息网络传播权保护条例》于2006年5月29日由国务院全文发布并于7月1日实行。论文分析了信息网络传播权的内涵和特点,并在结合分析有关图书馆合理使用的法律规定的基础上,提出了图书馆应采取的应对之策。
