| Abstract: | Based on the process of establishment and evolvement of Rules of Professional Ethics of Librarians in China, the paper analyzes its abundant meaning, states the main measures of library professional ethics construction. It also points out that it is a heavy task to carry out the Rules of Professional Ethics of Librarians in China entirely and there is a long way for us to reach it. |
