| 摘 要： | 为满足时代融合发展的需要,适应现代科技发展趋势,突破公共数字文化发展中存在的瓶颈,公共数字文化服务平台面临创新升级的任务。本文基于公共数字文化服务平台的现状,对时代背景下公共数字文化服务平台转型的两大关键--"融合"和"创新"的目标任务进行分解,并据此提出关于建设的建议。在进行融合建设时应从资源融合、功能融合、应用融合三个方面着手;在进行互联网产品设计时,应把握精细化、实用化、智能化、大众化等发展趋势,衍生设计创意产品;在进行智慧创新时,可从智慧城市角度,应用人工智能、5G、大数据技术来进行智慧产品设计,以期达到推动公共数字文化服务业态创新的目标。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs in this fusion time,adapt to the development trend of modern science and technology,and break through the bottleneck in the development,the public cultural service digital platform is facing the task of innovation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of current situation of the public cultural service platform construction,this article decomposes the two key tasks of the platform transformation:fusion and innovation,and puts forward the suggestions on the construction accordingly.The article points out that the fusion construction should start from three aspects:resource integration,function integration and application integration.In the design of internet products,we should grasp the trend of refinement,practicality,intellectualization and popularization to design creative products.In the process of intelligent innovation,we can use artificial intelligence,5 G and big data technology,based on intelligent city framework,to design intelligent products in order to achieve the goal. |
