| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化与应用系统作为创新生态系统的三大群落之一,与其他两大群落和外界环境进行着信息、物质及能量的交换,高校科技成果转化也被认为是技术创新中的重要环节,是新技术和新发明转变为市场价值的关键。高校图书馆作为高校科技成果与信息资源的重要集散地,已成为高校科技成果转化生态系统的核心部门,通过构建科技成果转化信息服务网络平台等多种创新服务策略,为科技成果转化提供智能化、知识化和专业化的信息服务。

| Abstract: | As one of the three major communities in the innovation ecosystem,the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements are exchanging information,materials,and energy with the other two communities and the external environment.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is also considered to be an important link in technological innovation and the key to the transformation of new technologies and innovations into market values.As an important distribution center for scientific and technological achievements and information resources,university libraries have become an important part of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.It provides intelligent,knowledge-based and specialized information services for the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements through the construction of information service network platforms and other innovative service strategies. |
