| 摘 要： | 当前高校图书馆越来越重视读者培训的效果评估工作,但评估往往仅停留在较浅层级,缺乏健全规范的评估机制、系统客观的评价指标体系、简洁易行的效果评估模型.论文分析读者培训评估工作中存在的几种问题,并对问题的化解方法进行探讨.

| Abstract: | University library pays more and more attention to the result of readers training and its assessing at present.But the assessment often stays in a lower level,and is lack of perfect normal assessment mechanism,systematic and objective evaluation index system,succinct and easy assessing models.This paper analyzes several kinds of problems that exist in the work of readers training assessment,and carries on the discussion to the dissolving method. |
