| 摘 要： | 外文学术资源建设和服务是公共图书馆需要加强的工作内容。公共图书馆在实践中为提高服务满意度和经费使用效果,积极探索外文学术资源保障方式,按需订购和共享国家图书馆资源。在开放存取发展过程中,应加大对开放存取资源的开发利用,更好地保障外文文献服务的资源基础。

| Abstract: | The construction and service of foreign academic resources shall be strengthened in routine work of the public library.In order to improve satisfaction of service and result of funds usage,the public library should study the means to ensure the foreign academic resources, purchase on demand and share resources of the National Library.With the development of open access,their opening up and utilization of resources should be enhanced so as to ensure the basis of foreign resources provision. |
