| 摘 要： | 科技信息资源是科技创新的物质基础,加强科技信息资源的整合是区域科技创新体系建设的重要内容。本文从区域科技信息资源的分类、分布、特点入手,分析科技信息资源整合的必要性,并从管理体制、运行机制、科技信息平台构建三个方面提出了区域科技信息资源整合策略。

| Abstract: | Science and technology information resources integration is the major part in technological innovation system construction, since technological innovation is based on the science and technology information resources. This paper, starting from the classification, distribution and current situation of regional science and technology resources, discusses the necessity of the integration and produces strategies in the management system, operation mechanism and science and technology information platform establishment. |
