| 摘 要： | 通过对澳大利亚数字包容指数(ADII)的介绍分析,结合国内外公共图书馆促进数字包容实践的现状,论文探讨了ADII对我国公共图书馆促进少数民族数字包容的启示,以期为我国公共图书馆在面向少数民族提供数字资源及服务的实践过程中提供借鉴和参考。ADII认为澳大利亚土著居民获取数字资源及服务的机会、能力和意愿相对匮乏是其数字包容指数偏低的重要因素。本文认为公共图书馆促进少数民族数字包容的关键在于确保其族群认同和文化传承的前提下,有效提升图书馆数字资源及服务的易用性、能效性和保护性。

The Enlightenment of Australian Digital Inclusion Index to Promote the Digital Inclusive Services of the Marginal Community in China’s Public Libraries |

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction and analysis of Australia Digital Inclusion Index(ADII)and the current situation of the practice of promoting digital inclusion in public libraries at home and abroad,this paper explores the enlightenment of ADII on promoting digital inclusion of ethnic minorities in public libraries in China,with a view to provide reference for the practice of providing digital resources and services for ethnic minorities in public libraries in China.ADII considers that the relative lack of opportunities,abilities and willingness of Australian indigenous people to access digital resources and services is an important factor in their low digital inclusion index.This paper argues that the key to promote digital inclusion of ethnic minorities in public libraries is to effectively improve the usability,energy efficiency and protection of digital resources and services in libraries in the premise of ensuring their ethnic identity and cultural heritage. |
