基于ECT理论的知识付费用户满意度影响因素研究

摘    要:随着社会化经济的发展,用户对于知识共享的需求越来越高,由于当前免费知识泛滥、知识内容质量参差不齐,知识付费便成为了必然。论文在ECT理论的基础上,以知乎APP为例,结合知识付费平台的特征,建立了付费用户满意度影响因素模型。结论表明,期望确认度、感知有用性、信任度、定价合理度、知识生产者专业性正向影响付费用户满意度。据此,论文最后对知乎APP提出了四点建议。

Research on Influencing Factors of the Satisfaction of Knowledge Payment Users Based on ECT Theory

Abstract:With the development of social economy, users’ demand for knowledge sharing is getting higher and higher. When free knowledge is flooding and the quality of knowledge is uneven, knowledge payment becomes inevitable. This paper takes Zhihu App as an example on the basis of expectation confirmation theory(ECT), and establishes the influencing factors model of paid users’ satisfaction combined with the characteristics of knowledge payment platform. The results indicate that the expectation confirmation, perceived usefulness, trust, pricing rationality, specialization of knowledge producer have positive impacts on the users satisfaction. Finally, it proposes four recommendations to Zhihu.
