| Abstract: | This article discusses that the management of public library should at first make sure its orientation. There are three aspects in its orientation. The first is about how do the libraries deal with the market economy. The second is about how do the libraries deal with the network environment. The third is about the libraries' mode. The managing level of a public library is mainly shown in its service. |
