| 摘 要： | 论文分析了高校图书馆实施学科馆员制度中存在的问题,并运用帕累托法则分析了产生这些问题的原因,并从运用帕累托法则认识学科馆员制度重要性、加强学科馆员队伍建设、突破学科馆员服务创新瓶颈等方面提出了解决问题的思路和策略。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems of the subject librarian system implement in the university libraries.It also analyzes the reasons for these problems by using of the "Pareto Principle",and proposes solutions to the problems by using Pareto Principle to understand the importance of the subject librarian system,strengthen the construction of the subject librarian team and breakthrough the bottleneck of service innovation of the subject librarian. |
