摘 要: | 论文提出"一门式进出"强调管理必须尊重人的感情和个性,强调管理要尊重人,满足人的需要,重视被管理者人格尊严,是"以人为本"、"以读者为中心"管理理念的真正体现,是图书馆人性化管理的良好模式。
