| Abstract: | Delivery of documents in electronic form is a natural first step in the incorporation of the services of the virtual library into traditional public library service programs. This paper will discuss some of the issues and challenges involved in implementing electronic document delivery service, the impact on traditional document delivery wrought by electronic documents, and changes mandated by electronic access to physical documents. |
