| 摘 要： | 作为一种提升馆员职业能力和图书馆服务水平的有效途径,近年,内容繁多、形式多样的馆员培训在全国各地层出不穷、开展得如火如荼。基于效果与评价,采用网络调查法,以各类机构举办的馆员培训为研究对象,从组织机构、法规制度、培训需求与计划、培训内容和形式及评估体系等方面全面分析馆员培训中的问题,提出改进建议,以期为更好的开展馆员培训提供参考。

| Abstract: | As an effective way to improve librarian professional ability and library service level,the librarian training with many contents and different forms has emerged one after another and been carried out successfully all over the country in recent years.Based on the effect and evaluation and taking the librarian training organized by various organizations as research objects,the paper analyzes the problems in librarian training from several aspects:organization,regulation system,training demand and plan,training content and form,evaluation system,with the method of visiting websites.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions in order to provide reference for librarian training. |
