| 摘 要： | 伴随事业单位分类体制改革的推进,我国公共图书馆理事会建设的实践逐步展开。这一改革由政府主导,自上而下推动,理事构成凸显去行政化、多元化,理事会定位多元,但职能发挥受限,理事会相关制度框架初步确立,实际执行状况并不乐观。公共图书馆理事会建设的理想与现实差距较大,有待我们通过实践探索去进一步的调整和完善。

| Abstract: | With classification reform of. state -owned institutions, the construction of public libraries boards in our country gradually develops, this reform is dominated by the government, from the top to bottom. Board mem- hers show obvious de - administration and diversified, multivariate positioning but function is restricted. The related institutional framework of the board preliminarily has been established, but the actual implementation is not optimistic. There is a big gap between the ideal and the reality of public libraries hoards, we should adjust and improve in practice. |
