| 摘 要： | 从馆舍、馆员结构、资源建设、读者规模等方面调查了河南省19所新升本科院校图书馆的发展现状,分析了图书馆发展的特点及存在的问题.并从馆舍使用、馆员队伍建设、资源建设结构、数字资源采购、图书馆服务、新型本科图书馆联盟等方面提出了新升本科院校图书馆发展策略.

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the current situation of the development of 19 newly built undergraduate libraries in Henan province from library premises, librarians' structure, resource construction, readers scale etc.It analyzes the characteristics and problems of library development.At last, the author puts forward the development strategies of the library from the aspects of premises use, librarian team, resources construction, digital resources purchasing, library service, and newly built undergraduate library alliance. |
