| 摘 要： | 信息产业在西部大开发中具有重要作用。要迎接2l世纪的挑战就必须大力发展信息产业，图书馆是国家信息系统的重要组成部分，西部地区图书馆在应对信息产业发展中面临着许多问题，文章对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Information industry is very important in western region development,we must develop it energetically to meet with the challenge in the 21st century.Library is a main part of national information system.There are many problems that exist in developing information industry for the western library,most of which are analysed in this article, and some relative ways are proposed also. |
