| 摘 要： | 各国图书馆在文献收藏的同时，十分注重网站和文献数字化的建设。近年来，美、英等发达国家共同建立了“G8全球电子图书馆”，通过这个虚拟馆藏，人们可以享受到图书馆更开放、更公益、更时效、更便捷的服务。
