| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络通讯技术等现代信息技术的迅速发展,电子出版物和网络信息形式等新型文献载体大量出现,对高校图书馆产生了很大影响,使高校图书馆在工作方式和人员素质诸方面都面临着巨大挑战。为此,高校图书馆必须制订科学的适变战略:第一,正确认识网络环境下高校图书馆面临的巨大挑战;第二,正确认识网络环境下高校图书馆的定位问题;第三,科学确立图书馆具体工作的适变措施。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of modern information technology like the computer network communication technology as well as the appearance of a large number of new literatures like electronic publications and network information,university libraries are affected greatly while its work and the quality of personnel in all respects are facing the huge challenge.Therefore,the university library must formulate a scientific and suitable strategy: firstly,understand the challenges of university libraries under the network environment correctly;secondly,understand the location problem of university libraries under the network environment correctly;thirdly,establish scientific adaptation measures of the specific library work. |
