| 摘 要： | 美国对公共信息资源管理的组织和领导由联邦政府统一发起并调控,公共信息资源管理采用了政府宏观调控与市场微观运行相结合的模式,构筑多元参与的公共信息资源管理体系。我国公共信息资源管理体制采取的是集中式宏观调控,存在信息资源开发不足与信息资源闲置并存、信息系统建设低水平重复等一系列问题。

| Abstract: | The organization and administration of the public information resources management is initiated and regulated by the federal government in the United States,the public information resources management adopts the mode of government macro-control coupled with market micro-running,which is a diverse management system.The public information resources management in China,however,takes centralized macro-control,which remains a series of problems,such as lack of information resources development,idle information resources and low-level redundant construction of information system etc. |
