| 摘 要： | 在分析CDRS、CDRS咨询团队知识整合、知识吸收能力等相关文献的概念基础上，构建了基于知识吸收能力的CDRS咨询团队知识整合模型，揭示基于知识吸收能力的CDRS咨询团队知识整合机理和规律，为CDRS咨询团队知识咨询的高效运行提供一个新思路与方法，进而提高CDRS知识服务的效率。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the concept of analysis of the literature about the CDRS, CDRS consulting team knowledge integration, knowledge absorption capacity, a CDRS consulting team knowledge integration model based on the knowledge absorption capacity was built, and revealed the mechanism and laws of CDRS consulting team knowledge integration based on the knowledge absorption capacity,, so as to provide new ideas and methods for the efficient operation of the CDRS advisory team, and improve the efficiency of CDRS services further. |
