| 摘 要： | 文章以维普、中国知网和万方三大全文期刊数据库为例对中文电子期刊资源重复问题作简要说明,初步提出基于学科、主题、民族、地域、语言等特征的特色化发展构想 ,并针对特色化提出了几个具体的建议.
