| Abstract: | From the aspects of increasing the number, raising the taste, enhancing the orderly heritance, improving the social utilization, this paper elaborates donation＇s role in books collection and puts forward corresponding measures to promote books donation, such as normative acception, reeognitive awards, media publicity, requirements satisfaction and policy support. |
