| Abstract: | The paper expounds the connotation of the public cultural service system and the important position of the public libraries in this system. Then the paper discusses the service location of the public libraries in the public cultural service system： the protection of cultural rights of citizens, bridging the digital gap, social education, the protection of cultural diversity, the government information publicity, culture and entertainment. |
