| 摘 要： | 分析了网络信息资源的特点。介绍了对网络信息资源进行组织管理的原则和几种方式。阐述了传统文献组织方法如何适应网络信息组织，提出了图书馆如何对网络信息资源进行组织与管理的几点建议，指出图书馆应在网络信息资源组织与管理方面积极有为。
