| Abstract: | This article reflects on the phenomenon of Carnival-style reader activities,proposes valuing reading promotion activities and points out the practical significance of adjusting the evaluation mechanism of reading effect,also elaborates the elements of reconstruction,and discusses the necessary conditions to carry out reading promotion activities. |
