| 摘 要： | 从《公共图书馆宣言》说开去，介绍了图书馆有偿服务与免费服务的理论研究现状和现实工作中出现的实际问题；并进一步引申出图书馆基础理论研究亟待深入的必要性。提出图书馆基础理论研究应该遵循的基本视角；呼吁以《公共图书馆宣言》为原则，加强我国图书馆基础理论研究并期待更加深刽的理性思考。

| Abstract: | Through explanation of Public Library Manifesto, this paper discusses the status of theoretical research on charged and free services, and real problems in practice. It points out the necessity of furthering research fundametals of libraries and basic approaches that must be complied with in such research. It also calls for deeper thinking and reinforcement of theoretical research in accordance with the principles in Public Library Manifesto. |
