| 摘 要： | 将特色数据库项目的实施划分为实施前、实施完成后以及实施完成后的后期利用三个阶段,并对特色数据库评价理论基础以及针对这三个阶段的评价理论和方法进行了较为深入与系统的研究。实施前可行性分析研究以确保建设的必要性与可行性,对实施完成后的评价研究以保证其建设的规范性与系统的优化,对实施后后期利用的绩效评价研究以确保其效益的最大化。以三个阶段为基础,对特色数据库整个生命周期的评价进行探讨,并提出了相应的评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | This thesis divides the construction of characteristic database into three stages,namely the stage before,during and after the construction. Besides,more in-depth and systematic researches on characteristic database evaluation theoretical basis and the evaluation theory and methods about the three stages are also given. Feasibility studies of the stage before construction is to ensure construction of the necessity and feasibility. Evaluation of the construction process is to ensure that the standard ability of its construction and system optimization. Performance evaluation of the stage after the construction is to ensure the benefit of characteristic database is maximized. Based on three stages,this paper discusses the whole life cycle of the characteristic database of evaluation,and puts forward the corresponding evaluation index system. |
