| 摘 要： | 在介绍美国公共图书馆Haplr评价方法的基础上，利用2011年《中国图书馆年鉴》的数据，运用Haplr方法对我国各省（直辖市、自治区）公共图书馆进行评价，在统计基础上对典型省份的指标项进行分析并指出评价方法的不足，与美国公共图书馆的相关数据比较，最后提出我国公共图书馆亟需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on introducing the level evaluation method of American public library, utilizing data of Chinese Li- brary Yearbook in 2011, using Hennen＇ s American Public Library Ratings, provincial public libraries of our country are evaluated. Based on the statistics the indexes of typical provinces were analyzed and compared with the U. S. Finally,the urgent needs of public libraries in our country are brought up and suggestions are proposed. |
