| 摘 要： | 移动图书馆在现阶段发展迅速，其核心价值就是为用户提供质量较高的移动图书馆服务。文章从移动图书馆内涵和发展现状说起，以服务质量理论做指导，对移动图书馆服务过程中所牵涉的各种因素进行分析，以期对提升移动图书馆的服务质量起到一定的推动作用。

Based on the current situation and development of the connotation of mobile library taking service quality theory as the guidance, the article analyzes the various factors involved in the process of too-bile library, in order to enhance the quality of service of the mobile library. |
