| 摘 要： | 阅读推广活动的深入持续开展呼唤着“法”的到来,这是建立健全阅读推广长效机制,丰富和推动阅读推广活动,保障公民阅读权益,提高公民文化素质的重要途径和有效举措.公共图书馆作为开展阅读推广活动的重要主体,有责任引领“读”的对象、内容、过程等,发挥更大的社会效应和文化价值.“呼唤”和“引领”的联动,成为当前公共图书馆积极高效地开展阅读推广活动的现实路径.

| Abstract: | The depth of reading promotion activities ongoing calls for the arrival of the ＂law＂, which is a effective way to establish and improve the promotion of reading long - term mechanism, enrich and promote reading promo- tion activities, protect the citizens interests, improve the quality of civic culture. Public library as an important main body of reading promotion activities, has the responsibility to lead the＂ reading＂ object, content, process and play a greater social effects and cultural values. ＂Call＂ and＂ lead＂ will be the realistic path which public libraryies carry out reading promotion activities actively and efficiently. |
