| Abstract: | With the fast development of the internet technology,the information amount is growing all the time,the upgrading frequency is faster and faster,and better information service is demanded.So college libraries must consider the users as the starting point,to develop a more open system,from satisfying the users need to surpassing their expectations,to build a personal information service environment,and provide personal information service. |
