| 摘 要： | 理事会是美国图书馆的管理机构，负责研究解决图书馆的方针、政策、经费与实施等问题。国家与州级图书馆理事会在职权、任务与组织上是不同的。要实现图书馆的高效管理，必须处理好理事会与馆长、员工间的相互关系。文章还分析了国内图书馆理事会不能全面推行的原因以及今后我国图书馆理事会建设应注意的几点问题。

| Abstract: | Library Trustees is management institution of American libraries which is responsible for thrashing out library questions like policy,fund,implementation and so on.Library Trustees between the level of nation and state has different powers,missions and organizations.It is needed to do well with relations among Library Trustees,librarian and stuff in order to realize effective management of libraries.This paper also analyses the reason that Library Trustees cannot be carried out fully in our country and several issues that must be regarded in the development of national Library Trustees. |
