| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的制度资源与图书馆的文献资源、人力资源、设备资源是图书馆发展建设不可缺少的重要资源．用以规范和控制图书馆活动的全过程。高校图书馆制度资源的优化配置并贯彻执行,是高校图书馆可持续发展的重要保证,也是贯彻《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的具体行动。在研究四川省高校图书馆新制度资源配置的基础上．论述了转型期高校图书馆制度资源的组成部分、体系结构和配置特点。

| Abstract: | The system resources together with the document resource, human resource, equipment resources of the university library are the necessary and very important resources for the development of university libraries. They are used to regulate and control the whole process of the library activities. The optimized disposition of the university library system resources and their full execution not only guarantee the libraries' continuous development, but also carry out the "Regulations". Based on the study of the new library system resources disposition, the components of the university library system resources, system structure and the characteristics of dispositions in the transitional period are be discussed in this paper. |
