| 摘 要： | 从图书馆文化所处的社会环境角度出发探索影响中国图书馆文化发展变化的关键因素。指出社会文化、政治经济、技术是对图书馆文化生存与发展影响最为深刻的几个方面，它不仅提供了图书馆文化存在的必要物质基础，而且也给图书馆文化可持续发展提供了丰富的精神内涵。
