| 摘 要： | 对八个图书馆地方性法规、规章的信息资源建设规定逐个进行了评价。指出了图书馆地方性法规、规章的信息资源建设原则、目标规定，文献信息资源建设规定，数字信息资源建设规定，信息资源共享方面的具体规定对于图书馆法的价值。并且指出了图书馆地方性法规、规章在信息资源建设规定方面之不足。根据它的价值和不足，对我国图书馆法提出了建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, information resource construction regulations of eight library local laws and regulations were evaluated one by one. It pointed out that information resources construction principles and goals of the library local rules and regulations, literature information resource construction requirements, digital information resources construction requirements, the specific provisions of information resource sharing were of value to library law. It pointed out that the library local rules and regulations were still insufficient in specific provisions in the digital information resources construction. According to its value and inadequacy, proposals were put forward. |
