| 摘 要： | 古籍是中华民族在数千年历史发展过程中创造的重要文明成果，是中华文明绵延数千年，一脉相承的历史见证，更是维系民族精神的重要根脉。目前，90％以上的珍贵古籍都集中在图书馆中，多方位的抢救、保护、开发历史古籍成为图书馆义不容辞的社会责任和历史使命。而当前党和国家高度重视，启动了中华古籍保护计划，为全国图书馆开展古籍保护与利用工作提供了良好的历史时机。图书馆应该把握机遇，贯彻中央精神，适时有序地开展古籍保护和利用工作，在挖掘中华民族丰富的文化遗产，继承优良传统的同时，也为今天我国经济发展和社会的进步提供精神动力和智力支持。

| Abstract: | Ancient books is the important civilization result which was created by the Chinese nation in several thousand years. Currently, the above 90 % s of ancient books are all concentrated in the library. In many ways , the salvage, protection and development of ancient books becomes the social responsibility and history missions of the library Now, the high value of our Party and nation, started to carry out the protection plan, for Chinese ancient books, this is a good history opportune moment for the national libraries to protect and make use of ancient books. The libraries should hold the opportunity, carry through the central spirit, and protect and use ancient books orderly in good time. It provides the spirit motivation and the intelligence supports for the economic development and social progress today while we excarate the rich cultural inheritance of Chinese nation and inherit the fine tradition. |
