适应个性化服务的大学图书馆管理模式创新

摘    要:大学图书馆的传统服务模式以"重藏轻用"为特征,这种服务模式难于适应新形势下高校培养人才的需要。提供个性化服务是大学图书馆服务模式发展的必然趋势。要做好个性化服务,大学图书馆必须在建立信息营销机制、建立学科馆员制度、加强馆际协作、理顺内部关系及提高馆员素质等方面变革管理模式。

Abstract:The mode of traditional service of the university's library is "attention to collection,neglect of use".This mode of service can't meet the needs of the university to train personnel in the new situation.To offer personalized services is an inevitable trend in the development of service models of the university's library.For offering successful personalized services,the university's library must bring forth new ideas in building an information promoting mechanism,establishing a subject librarian system,strengthening cooperation with other libraries,rationalizing internal relations and improving librarians' quality.
