| 摘 要： | 自《档案法》1987年颁布以来,共历经1996年和2016年两次修正、2020年一次修订。针对档案学界和法学界在《档案法》研究过程中较为高频次出现的两个现象——对2016年《档案法》修正的疏漏,以及"修正"和"修订"的误用。试从适用前提、修改内容、审议内容、表决内容、公布形式、生效时间和新旧版本等七个方面,对《档案法》的历次修改情况作出辨析。

| Abstract: | Since the'Archives Law'was promulgated in 1987,it has undergone two revisions in 1996 and 2016,and one revision in 2020.Aiming at the two phenomena that occurred frequently in the archives and legal circles in the research process of the'Archives Law'-omissions in the amendment of the 2016'Archives Law'and the misuse of'revision'and'revision'.Try to distinguish the previous revisions of the'Archives Law'from seven aspects:applicable premises,content of amendments,content of deliberation,content of voting,form of publication,effective time,and old and new versions. |
