| 摘 要： | 通过对《档案事业发展"七五"计划》到《全国档案事业发展"十三五"规划纲要》分析,发现我国国家综合档案馆信息化经历了自主探索、目标确定和大力发展三个阶段的发展。国家综合档案馆在面对当前机构改革、"单轨制"实施以及大数据事业发展的时代背景下,综合档案馆信息化未来的发展也面临新的要求,为此国家综合档案馆应调整档案信息化战略发展规划、做好档案馆工作数字转型以及重视档案信息化治理。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for the Development of Archives to the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives, it is found that the informatization of China’s national comprehensive archives has undergone three stages of development: independent exploration, goal determination and vigorous development. Under the background of the current institutional reform, the implementation of "single track system" and the development of big data undertakings, the future development of comprehensive archives informatization also faces new requirements. Therefore, the national comprehensive archives should adjust the development plan of archives informatization, make a good digital transformation of archives work and attach importance to the governance of archives informatization. |
