| 摘 要： | 文章以档案信息网络服务为视角,在重新汇总《数字档案馆系统测试办法》中关于网站的评分指标的基础上,采用随机多次访问的方式,调查了29个全国示范数字档案馆门户网站的建设和运行情况。经分析,发现全国示范数字档案馆门户网站在网站链接可使用性、网站的定位、网站内容运行和维护等方面存在问题,提出明确网站定位、深挖数字档案内容、改善网站可使用性、提升用户使用体验等优化建议,以期为我国数字档案馆从建设阶段进入应用阶段的可持续发展助力。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of archival information network service,this paper conducts an online survey on the portal website of national model digital archives based on reassessing the score settings of related websites of’digital archives system test index table’in’Measures for digital archives system test’.By using the method of random multiple visits in different time periods,the data of 29 national model archives portals in China were collected.Through the analysis of the usability of the website links,the positioning of the website,the operation and maintenance of the website content,some problems were found.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to clear the goal,improve the usability,develop content and user experience of the sustainability of digital archives. |
