| 摘 要： | 为了解国外著名出版机构或期刊收取论文处理费用的情况,利用中文百度和英文谷歌学术搜索引擎进行检索。结果发现:国外出版机构或期刊收取论文相关费用有较长的历史,目前大部分传统出版社和期刊都收取论文发表相关的费用,其中以收取制图费和制表费为多,部分或完全开放存取的期刊则都收取高额的费用。国外收取版面费的实践可以给我国制订版面费收取规范提供启示。
