| 摘 要： | 科技期刊有大量的来自于学术会议的文献投稿，因刊期长，版面挤，只能刊登少量的文章或摘要。这使不少有价值或有潜在价值的论文得到发表，因此对这类文献进行合理的管理，开发和利用是有积极意义的，可以利用电子计算机建设一个文献中心，提供有专业人员检索与使用。
